We are a specialist content operations consultancy based in Thika, working with organisations that are ready to treat content as a system rather than a series of one-off tasks.
What Orbitcswift does, in plain language
Orbitcswift designs, installs, and trains teams on editorial content systems — the combination of strategy, process, tooling, and measurement that allows an organisation to publish useful content consistently, at a volume its team can sustain, and with results it can track. We work across five disciplines: defining editorial strategy, designing content pipelines, onboarding content teams, configuring publishing workflows, and building performance analytics. Our clients include regional media organisations, international NGOs with offices in East Africa, consumer retail brands, and professional services firms — all of whom share the same underlying problem: they produce content without the operational infrastructure to make it consistent or measurable. We solve that infrastructure problem. We do not produce content on behalf of clients; we build the system their internal team uses to produce it themselves. The work is practical, documented, and hands-on throughout.
How we work and what you can expect
Orbitcswift was founded in Thika in 2019 by a team of three content strategists and operations specialists who had spent the preceding decade inside newsrooms, NGO communications departments, and digital agencies across Kenya and Uganda. In that time we observed the same failure pattern repeatedly: organisations investing in content creation without any investment in the systems that allow content to be produced reliably. Since 2019 we have completed content factory engagements for more than 40 organisations. Our engagements are fixed-scope and fixed-fee, which means we agree on exactly what will be delivered before work begins, and we do not issue change-of-scope invoices mid-project without your explicit approval. We work in three to six week delivery windows — fast enough to maintain momentum, deliberate enough to ensure the system is genuinely embedded before we hand over. It is important to be clear about what Orbitcswift does not do: we do not manage social media accounts on an ongoing basis, we do not ghostwrite articles, and we do not offer media buying or SEO link building. Our focus is the operational layer — strategy, process, people, and measurement — and we stay within that boundary so that every engagement delivers what it promised.

A document your team has not been trained on is a document they will not use. Every engagement includes structured training sessions so the system becomes operational practice, not shelf material.
Fixed scope, no surprises
Our engagement fees are fixed from the start. If your scope changes, we discuss it transparently and agree any additional cost before proceeding. You will not receive an unexpected invoice.
