Orbitcswift's team onboarding programme transfers process knowledge from documents into the people who execute content daily — reducing dependency on individuals and raising the floor of team output.
A pipeline document and a strategy deck are only as useful as the team's ability to apply them. Orbitcswift runs structured onboarding workshops — in person in Thika and Nairobi, or remotely via video call — that take your writers, editors, social media managers, and designers through the system step by step. Each participant leaves with a personal reference card summarising their role in the pipeline, access to the shared workspace, and at least one piece of content produced inside the new system during the session. We do not run generic media training; every session is built around your organisation's actual tools, standards, and content types.
A typical onboarding programme runs across two full-day workshops. Day one covers editorial standards: the strategy document, tone guide, brief templates, and quality benchmarks. Participants draft and peer-review a piece of content by the afternoon. Day two covers operations: the pipeline tool, automation triggers, naming conventions, asset management, and the monthly performance review process. We close with a question-and-answer session and a 30-day support window during which team members may contact us by email with questions as they apply the system in the first month of live operation.

Full access to the configured project management workspace, populated with active briefs so the transition from training to production is immediate.
Direct email access to the Orbitcswift team for 30 days after the workshop to resolve real-world questions as they arise.
A full recording of both sessions for future team members who join after the initial onboarding cohort, reducing the cost of re-running training.
We had tried writing a style guide before and nobody read it. The two-day workshop was different because everyone on the team actually produced content during the session. By the end of day two they were giving each other structured feedback using the new checklist — something that had never happened before.
